City Hall Cornerstones
on the City Hall (Municipal Center) at 4101 South Federal Boulevard
in Sheridan, Colorado

The first discussion of a new city hall (muncipal center) occurred in July, 1985. Construction began in 1986 and the move in occured on June 21, 1987. The open house was held on July 17, 1987.

The cornerstone ceremony for the Masons was held on April 18, 1987. A time capsule was placed behind the Mason cornerstone. This cornerstone is on the right side of the east entrance.

The city cornerstone is dated June 21, 1987 and is on the left side of the east entrance.
